History of Stepping Out, Inc.

Stepping Out Ministries – a ministry of exhortation through word, letter, and song is created with the first Gospel recording of Patrice Puglise, “The Master’s Bouquet”.

The first “A Queen’s Banquet” is organized and held.

Heaven’s Helpers program is created for women that attend “A Queen’s Banquet” to provide follow-up and teach life-skills.

Stepping Out is approved by HUD, in Washington, DC, to set up its office in a four-bedroom unit within the Morristown Housing Authority.
